Our Garden

This post will be mostly pictures. I watered the garden today and thought I'd post what I saw. It's not everything,  just what caught my eye.

Little leaf hopper, he was hiding from me. He's a gorgeous shade of royal blue.

I couldn't find the spider this web belongs to but he's protecting my lavender so we're all good. 

Little grasshopper just watching me wrestle with the hose.

More red gladiolus,  the last for the summer.

Our crepe myrtle sits in the shade, makes her a late bloomer.  She's got buds though, not long now...

My tiny little lilac bush. She'll be a big girl some day. 

And what garden post wouldn't be complete without two fluffy helpers.
