It's also nice to be finished. I've got a cold, nothing major but I was not super motivated to bake either.
Christmas crack, super easy to make.
Thumbprint cookies, also super easy.
Non alcoholic bourbon balls. Bill's mom made these every year, only I don't use real bourbon.
Apple strudel, another traditional goody from Bill's mom.
And last but certainly not least, Austrian cheesecake. Yet another of his mom's traditional foods.
All done, all good, and all probably going to be in the freezer for a while after the holidays. So much food....😄
