What a day!

Poe is pooped! It's hard being the alpha,  having to keep an eye on the parents.  

Dad got up and went outside to do the lawn while mom cleaned house. And Poe doesn't care for the vacuum so that meant going on the deck and watching dad. 

Then mom went outside and pulled weeds, trimmed trees,  so he had to make sure mom didn't get kidnapped.  

Then dad pulled up the rotten myrtle and burned the stump.

Poe had to make sure the parents didn't burn down the yard. Then they go and clean the garage. Poe hasn't ever seen the inside of the garage before! 

He had to check everything,  rub on all the stuff. It was so exhausting that he had to nap on the lawn while they finished. 

Poe was so excited when the parents went inside....except then dad went outside to grill burgers.  Man! Watch dad, make sure he doesn't drop anything.  Then sit at mom's feet and remind her to drop some burger so Poe can make sure it's done.  Food poisoning for the parents is no good ya know. 

Finally they sat down! 

Time for poor Poe catch up on his much missed beauty sleep.  Fur that lush doesn't happen by itself ya know!
